Our Family, Our Purpose

Hi, we're Tory and Haley — the owners of Haley's Cleaning and proud parents building a family-owned business right here in Lancaster County.

We believe a clean space can change the way you feel. It can bring peace to a busy home, confidence to a growing business, and give you more time to focus on the people and priorities that matter most.

Haley leads the customer experience, training, and quality side of the company, while Tory focuses on growing our team, improving our systems, and helping the business move forward. Together, we make sure every part of Haley's Cleaning reflects the care, consistency, and professionalism our customers deserve.

We're equally passionate about creating a workplace where cleaners are respected, supported, and recognized as skilled professionals. When our team feels valued and takes pride in their work, they can provide an even better experience for the people we serve.

For us, Haley's Cleaning is about more than cleaning. It's about caring for people, creating meaningful opportunities, and making everyday life feel a little lighter — one clean space at a time.

We're grateful for every family and business that welcomes our team into their space, and we never take that trust for granted.
